We ship to all 50 US states. Every order ships with 2-day delivery so you get your products fast.

Where do you ship?
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only, including all 50 states. We don't ship internationally at this time.
How fast is shipping?
All orders ship with 2-day shipping. Once your order is placed and confirmed, you can expect delivery within 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and location. We periodically offer free shipping promotions -- keep an eye on the site for those.
Will I get tracking information?
Yes! Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation with your tracking number. You can also use our Track Your Order page to check your delivery status anytime.
What if my package is delayed or lost?
If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost, contact us and we'll investigate and make it right. Carrier delays due to weather or high-volume periods are occasionally outside our control, but we'll do everything we can to resolve the situation.
What is your return policy?
Simple: if there's any issue with your order, we'll refund you in full -- no questions asked. Whether your item arrived damaged, was the wrong product, or something else went wrong, just reach out and we'll take care of it immediately.
How do I request a refund?
Contact us through our website with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We'll process your refund promptly -- typically within 3-5 business days back to your original payment method.
Do I need to return the item?
In most cases, no. For damaged or defective items, we typically don't require a return -- we'll just issue the refund or send a replacement. If a return is needed, we'll provide a prepaid label at no cost to you.
How long does a refund take?
Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 3-5 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a few additional days to appear on your statement.
What if I changed my mind about my purchase?
If you've changed your mind and your order hasn't shipped yet, contact us immediately and we can cancel it for a full refund. Once an order has shipped, reach out and we'll work with you on a solution.
How do I track my order?
Use our Track Your Order page -- just enter your tracking number and you'll get real-time delivery status.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, we may be able to modify or cancel it. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) as well as other payment options displayed at checkout.
Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. All payments are processed through PCI-compliant payment processors. We never store your credit card details on our servers.
