Vibe Test Lab is an independent product testing team. We buy what we test, publish honest scores, and sell a small selection of the products that earned them. If you need help with an order, a return, or a question about something we've written about, email us directly.

Order questions

Include your order number and the email you used at checkout. If your order has already shipped, you can also follow it yourself on our order tracking page.

Returns and refunds

We accept returns for 30 days after delivery and cover return shipping. Email us before sending anything back and we will provide a return label. Full details are on our returns page.

Shipping

Orders are handled within 1–2 business days and typically arrive in 7–14 days. See the shipping page for the full picture.

Press, corrections and testing questions

If you think we got something wrong in a review, tell us. We publish corrections rather than quietly editing. Use the same address above and mention the product. Our scoring process is documented on our methodology page.
